How to Use
~Use on damp hair or freshly washed
~Place a very small amount in palms..rub until it is completely melted...it will melt like butter
~Work through damp hair and distribute it evenly throughout the section of hair
~Twist, braid or style as you like
SPRING/SUMMER MONTHS: Most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting. The quality of our products are not affected by melting. But please understand, there is no way that we can ship products and completely control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks and mailboxes.
During the spring and summer seasons, we highly recommend ordering our whipped products to be delivered to an address where items will not sit in the heat for long periods of time. Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We cannot accept any returns to products left outside to melt, and will not provide an exchange or refund. After placing an order, please make sure to check your tracking often and delivery status. We advise removal from mailboxes, front porches and etc; upon delivery.
